Sadly, it’s true. What’s true exactly? Well, video stores are losing business. Why? Cause of Redbox(You can find these old way destroyers at a Mcdonald’s or Wal-Mart,possibly other places too.)Netflix, and other mail-in places. I honestly don’t want video stores to die. I love just going in there, looking around, and selecting movies. I also love calling up to the video store and asking if they have this movie or that, and then telling them to hold it.Do you think video stores should just go away and make way for this mail-in crap?

I was just speaking my mind on this post. It’s something I have noticed for quite some time.
I buy more movies than I rent. But still, it would be hard not seeing video stores.
I love the video stores…I doubt they will be extinct soon.
Netflix is slowly putting them out of business.
I wish Nolan wasn’t right, but he is.

Honestly, I agree with Gage on how I love going into the video stores and buying in person. I don’t like this whole revolution of buying online and the “simplicity”. I mean, it’s happening everywhere. However, I don’t see retail stores like video stores going extinct for a long time.
yeah, there are too many people who won’t buy things online, plus, if you live near a videostore, it is more convinite to just go there. (I can walk to my local video store much faster than I could go on my comp)
Also, many people, won’t use netflix cause you gotta have a credit card to use it.
I don’t have a credit card. So I guess I won’t be using Netflix.
Any time I buy stuff offline I use my mom’s credit card and pay her. I could use netflix I guess.
I’m not saying this is gonna happen soon. But I am saying it is going to happen. Maybe not in our lifetime. Who knows, maybe it will.
Oh yea, it probably will happen eventually. Just not anytime soon.
Illegal downloading is also not helping the cause.
That’ll always be there.
