Gorgon awoke in a small room. His head was killing him and he examined himself and noticed there were no marks on him.Didn’t he get stabbed by that Erik guy?He looked around the room and saw a huge mirror that covered up the whole wall. He had seen plenty of cop movies and knew that was a one-way mirror. Someone was watching him. The room was plain. The walls and the floor were white, even the bed and sheets were too. He got up off the bed and went over to the mirror. He noticed that some kind of eye wear was over his eyes, he tried to take it off but he couldn’t. Gorgon banged on the mirror in frustration and yelled,”Who are you!?What do you want!?Get this thing off my eyes!”

A man suddenly can out of a white door( invisible  because everything else in the room was white.) He had a gun in his hands and Gorgon immediately went silent. The man was about Gorgon’s age, with a shaved head and was wearing a weird robe with a symbol on it. The symbol showed the planet Earth, only with a golden crown on it.

“Who are you and what do you want?”Gorgon asked.

“Don’t worry. I’m not going to hurt you.”the man replied.

“That’s not too convincing, since you have a gun pointed at me.”Gorgon snapped.

“For my protection. Please sit down Gorgon.”the man said, and reluctantly, Gorgon sat on the bed.

“I bet you’re wondering how you’re still alive. Alive and unharmed?”the man asked.

“Just tell me.”Gorgon snarled.

“Well, I saved you. I have the ability to bring back the dead to the living.When the physic and flying man left, I went to your body and dragged you here, where I brought you back to life.I have been tracking you for weeks.”the man replied.

“Why?”Gorgon asked.

“Because we want you to join us. Join the Earth Gods!”the man said, swelling up with pride.

“The Earth Gods?What the heck is that?”Gorgon said, thinking this guy was a total moron.

“The Earth Gods are chosen ones. We are gods that were sent from heaven to rule over all the normal people. We heroes, all of us, are graced with these powers and it is our right to rule this Earth.”the man answered.

“And people call me crazy.They should listen to your ramblings.”Gorgon said.

“You will warm up to the idea in time. When the time comes, the Earth Gods shall rule this world. You should join us. Since you have powers.”the man said.

“Could you at least that this thing off my eyes.It’s itchy.”Gorgon asked.

“No can do. You might turn us to stone.”the man answered.

“In a heartbeat.”Gorgon growled.

“By the way, my name is Nathaniel.”the man said, and held out his hand. Gorgon just looked at him till eventually he left the room.

Gorgon curled up in the bed and drifted off to sleep. He would get rid of this Earth Gods group. They sounded just like his father.
